Field of Membership: Members of Harford County education community are eligible to join, including students and their families. Households with children in a Harford County school can join, as can anyone with a Har-Co member in their family.

It may be possible for Har-Co to expand its membership eligibility to anyone in the area, without converting to a bank, but the credit union has not applied for this type of "community charter."
